This policy applies to all services and membership plans provided through the Cawfa Platform. By registering or purchasing premium services, users accept the terms outlined herein.
Cawfa provides digital services only, such as membership plans, profile features, and online communication tools. As these services are delivered instantly, they are not subject to the same rules as physical goods.
All payments made for premium memberships or additional services are final and non-refundable. Since no physical products are sold, users acknowledge that they cannot request a refund after purchase.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of proven technical errors directly caused by the Cawfa Platform that prevent the delivery of the purchased service. User mistakes, including incorrect data entry, age misrepresentation, or misuse of the platform, do not qualify for refunds.
Every user has the right to cancel, deactivate, or delete their account at any time through their profile panel. Cancelling or deleting an account does not entitle the user to any refund of previously paid fees.
