Frequently asked questions about CAWFA.
This page explains how registration, profile editing, casting categories, memberships and payments work on CAWFA.
Yes. Creating your basic talent account and accessing the profile edit screens is completely free. Your profile becomes publicly visible only after you choose a membership plan and complete the payment.
Once registration is completed, you are automatically redirected to the talents-profile-edit page where you verify and expand your basic information.
At this step there are two main areas: (1) pre-registration data plus additional details, and (2) the upload area for your profile photo and cover photo.
Casting categories tell the system how to index your profile. Agencies and producers use these categories as filters when they search for talents.
There are five main groups with many sub-categories: Acting, Modelling, Presenting & Broadcasting, Voice-over & Dubbing, and Extra Fields such as dancer, influencer, musician and special skills.
You are redirected to the talents-contents-edit page. There you manage all content modules of your profile from a single place.
There are ten modules: photos, biography, video links, documents, experiences, audio recordings, education & courses, appearance details, measurements and general contact & social media information.
Square, portrait or landscape formats are all accepted. Professionally taken, high-quality photos are strongly recommended. There is no strict size ratio, but visual quality is important.
You can paste URLs from platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, TikTok or any other video host. CAWFA stores links, not raw video files.
You can upload all professional documents used in casting processes: CVs, portfolio PDFs, certificates, education documents and written references.
Agencies and brands especially in modelling and acting use measurements as filters. Accurate and up-to-date measurements significantly increase your chances of being shortlisted.
You receive a personal portfolio page in the format cawfa.com/yourusername. This works like your own mini-website.
Your profile goes public once all mandatory fields are completed and a membership plan is selected and paid.
CAWFA offers weekly, monthly, yearly and one-time lifetime publishing options. All prices are based on USD.
Depending on your country, you can pay through providers such as PayTR, Payoneer or other regional payment partners integrated into CAWFA.
