This agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding the use of the Cawfa Platform and its membership plans.
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between İsmail Hakkı Aşıkkutlu Sole Proprietorship (Cawfa Platform), located in Konya, Türkiye, and the User (Talent or Agency) who registers on the platform.
The subject of this agreement is to determine the terms, rights, and obligations regarding the services provided through Cawfa, including free and premium membership plans. Cawfa is not a casting or production company; it is a social media platform that connects talents and agencies globally.
Talent: Individual members such as actors, models, voice-over artists, dancers, and influencers.
Agency: Corporate members including managers, casting agencies, modeling agencies, fashion show agencies, and training institutions.
Jobs: The section where agencies publish casting calls and talents apply.
Basic membership is free of charge. Premium membership is subject to fees, collected in different currencies depending on the user’s location (TRY for Türkiye, USD for the Americas, EUR for Europe, GBP for the United Kingdom).
As no physical goods or products are sold, there is no refund right for membership payments. The user acknowledges that digital services are delivered instantly upon purchase.
Users under the age of 18 cannot register. In Thailand, the minimum age is 20; in Indonesia, it is 21. Users are responsible for providing correct birthdate information. Cawfa does not bear responsibility if a user misrepresents their age.
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful and ethical purposes. Any unlawful activities such as solicitation, harassment, or crimes remain the sole responsibility of the users. Cawfa cannot monitor or be held responsible for such cases.
Cawfa functions solely as an intermediary platform. It is not responsible for disputes, damages, or conflicts between users or third parties. Cawfa may feature selected profiles on its social media accounts to increase visibility, but no revenue or payment will be shared with users from such promotions.
Every user has the right to delete or deactivate their account at any time through their profile panel.
